Where can I find 
Rwenzori Apalis in Uganda?

This Bird is an Albertine rift endemic species!
You may only observe it in the border region of Uganda, Rwanda and DRC.

Apalises is a small Warbler like passerine birds that belong to the genus Apalis. They are mostly found in forests but can also be found in woodland and scrub across most parts of Sub-Saharan Africa. 
But the bird for today is an Albertine lift endemic that you only find in Arbertine lift region for example Bwindi, Echuya in Uganda. 
They are slim birds with long tails and a slender bill since they are insectivorous the beak leads in the shape of met to feed on insects. They vary in plumage above you know the wing and back is brown, green or grey with most species having brightly coloured underparts that is the berry even the breast.
  Both males and females tend to look the same although males sometimes tend to look much brighter.
They mostly feed on insects and most of the time they feet in top canopy calling as they feed.
